That is why I am launching Lionheart Garage, an official Gracie Garage right here in Irvine, CA.
The Gracie family began teaching Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in Brazil 100 years ago (1925). When they brought it to America in the 1980s, it started in a garage in Torrance, California. From that garage came a movement that spread across the country, launched the UFC, and became a global phenomenon. Lionheart Garage continues that tradition in Irvine, first as a Gracie Garage and eventually as a Certified Training Center.
