Agreement to Terms

By booking services with Your Custom Ceremony (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Services

We provide wedding officiating, premarital counseling, and related services as described on our website and agreed upon in your booking contract.

Bookings & Payments

  • A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Cancellations

If you cancel, your deposit is non-refundable. Additional cancellation terms are outlined in your individual contract.

Travel & Additional Fees

Travel fees may apply for events outside our immediate service area. These will be disclosed and agreed upon in writing before booking.

Liability

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue changes, weather, or delays caused by other vendors.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
