Travel is handled clearly and upfront, with no surprises later.
I’m based in Irvine, California and regularly serve couples throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, and surrounding Southern California areas.
Travel Policy
Travel within 100 miles round-trip (50 miles each way) of my Irvine, California home base is included for all ceremonies (based on Google Maps driving distance).
For venues beyond 100 miles round-trip, travel is charged per mile for the distance over 100 miles:
Simple Ceremony: $1.50 per mile
Signature Ceremony: $1.00 per mile
If an overnight stay is required due to distance or timing, hotel accommodations are discussed in advance and confirmed in writing before booking.

Any required travel fees are outlined clearly in your proposal and contract
Out-of-Area & Destination Weddings
For weddings outside of Southern California or beyond the included travel range, please reach out to discuss logistics and custom travel planning.
All destination travel is discussed and confirmed in writing before booking.
