Travel and Service Areas
Travel is handled clearly and upfront, so there are no surprises later. All travel fees are confirmed in writing once your venue and date are finalized.
I’m based in Irvine, California. I serve couples throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside, and surrounding areas, with travel included up to 30 miles. Beyond that, flat tiered travel fees are charged on the following scale:
31-50 miles = $75
51-75 miles = $150
75-125 miles = $250
126+ miles = Hotel + travel reimbursement (quote on request)

How this works
• Travel fees are included in your contract once confirmed.
• If a hotel stay is preferred, we’ll note that in your proposal and plan accordingly.
Examples
Calamigos Ranch (Malibu): 80 miles = $150
Mission Inn (Riverside): 48 miles = $75
The Line Hotel (Koreatown): 44 miles = $75
Grand Tradition (Fallbrook): 63 miles = $150
Pelican Hill (Newport): 18 miles = Included
Out-of-State Travel
For out-of-state (out-of-area) travel, please contact me to discuss.
There may be additional costs for gas, mileage, airfare, parking, car rental (or Uber), hotel accommodations, etc.
